General Information
Location and Times
Our Morning Care and Afternoon Care programs are offered for ten, one-week sessions beginning Week 1 (week of June 10, 2024). Campers in rising grades K through 8 can register for Extended Care. Please note that Extended Care services take place on our Lower School Campus only. Many parents find this extra time and flexibility to be invaluable, and many campers find their time in Morning Care and Afternoon Care to be a highlight of their week as it gives them more time to relax, try new things, and form friendships with other campers.
Campers who are attending camps on our other campuses will take our inter-campus shuttle to and from Morning Care and Afternoon Care. Please do not add shuttle service to your Extended Care camper during registration; they will be automatically registered for the shuttle when attending Extended Care if their camp is on the Middle or Upper School Campuses.
Morning Care
7:30 – 9:00 a.m.
Our Morning Care program offers campers a friendly and relaxing start to their day. Campers are free to choose between various games and indoor activities, or the quieter option of our reading room. Shuttle service to programs on other campuses is provided.
Afternoon Care
3:00 – 6:00 p.m.
Afternoon Care picks up the fun where regular camp programs leave off. After checking in at “home base,” campers are free to relax and choose between several different mixed-age options, including various outdoor and playground activities, sports, indoor games and puzzles, crafts, projects, reading room, movies, and the ever-popular Friday afternoon bingo.
Registration for Extended Care
After you choose a camp during registration, you will have the option to add Morning Care and/or Afternoon Care. We do not offer Extended Care for our Jr Day Camp, or for our camps ending at 12 pm. *Please note that your camper must be 5 years of age at the time of the camp session in order to attend Extended Care.* Your child will be automatically added to the roster for the intercampus shuttle if their camp is on a different campus than Extended Care; you do not need to separately register for the shuttle.
