As meals are not provided, campers and students should bring a lunch, drinks, and snacks each day. Please avoid using mayonnaise and milk products, as lunches are not refrigerated.CAMPER CONDUCT AND BEHAVIOR
SSSAS and its Summer Programs Office expect appropriate and safe conduct from all enrolled campers, whether on
our campuses. SummerTimes campers are accountable to all staff members, at all times, for their conduct. If a camper’s behavior is deemed inappropriate or unsafe, the program director will contact the camper's parents/legal guardians and if necessary, we may ask that the camper be picked up immediately. The Summer Programs Office reserves the right to terminate enrollment for behavioral and/or disciplinary problems we determine to be persistently inappropriate or unsafe. Refunds will not be issued for termination related to behavior and conduct.
At the sole discretion of the SummerTimes staff, St. Stephen's & St. Agnes School and its Summer Programs Office may require the withdrawal of a child for misconduct or other conditions that are disruptive to the functioning of the camp. Withdrawal may also occur in the event of any breach of contract; a written request from the parent/legal guardian; and/or nonpayment of any fees owed to SSSAS and the Summer Programs Office. In the event of a withdrawal, the parent/legal guardian shall be obligated to pay the total due for all remaining registered sessions. In the event of a withdrawal, access to our website will immediately be restricted, no refunds will be issued, and the parent/legal guardian shall be obligated to pay the total due for all remaining registered sessions.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
The minimum deposit for each camp selected is $100.00 (US). When you register, this deposit reserves a spot in the camp you have selected. If the camp is full, you will be placed on a waiting list. When an opening occurs, the next person on the waiting list who has paid the deposit will be enrolled.
All payments are due in full one week prior to the first day of each camp session. Unpaid balances may result in cancellation of enrollment in any and/or all camp sessions in which you are enrolled. Please return to our Summer Programs website registration page at any time to pay your balance(s) in full. Payments can be made online with a VISA®, MasterCard®, or Discover® credit card, or you may pay by check. Checks should be mailed to: SSSAS Summer Programs Office Attention: Larry Jenney at 1000 St. Stephen's Road Alexandria, Virginia 22304.
The returned check fee is $75.
If an unpaid balance remains at the end of the camp/summer studies session, a monthly late fee will be applied to your account until the balance is paid in full. This applies to each camp/summer studies session for which you have registered.
CANCELLATION OF CAMPS/SUMMER STUDIES SESSIONS POLICY
SSSAS and its Summer Programs Office reserve the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment. In the event a program is canceled, families will be notified in advance and a full refund will be provided.
Refunds and make-up days are not given for absences.
Other refunds will not be made unless a written notice of withdrawal initiated by the parent/legal guardian and a formal request for a refund are delivered to the Summer Programs Office two weeks prior to the first day of the camp/summer studies session in question. All written notices/requests should be directed to the SSSAS Summer Programs Office at 1000 St. Stephen's Road, Alexandria, Virginia 22304.
REQUEST FOR CHANGE IN SCHEDULE OR SERVICE
INITIATED BY PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN
All requests for changes in schedules or services, including notice of withdrawal initiated by the parent/legal guardian, must be made in writing no later than two weeks prior to the start of the specific camp/summer studies session to receive full refund of deposit and payment. Requests received less than two weeks prior to the start date of a camp/summer studies session will result in a loss of deposit and payment.
Any request to change reservations from one camp/summer studies session to another is subject to space availability.

USE OF LIKENESS
By registering and participating in a SSSAS SummerTimes summer program, Parents/Legal Guardians consent to and authorize SSSAS to photograph, video, publish, republish, adapt, exhibit, perform, reproduce, edit, modify, make derivative works, distribute, display or otherwise use or reuse the program participant's image, voice and/or likeness in connection with any SummerTimes Summer Program-related communication in all markets, media, or technology now known or hereafter developed. This authorization is continuing until revoked by Parents/Legal Guardians in writing with a photograph of his/her child for identification purposes, delivered to SSSAS.
