Drones and Rockets Camp

 Fly Drones and Launch Rockets!

Up, up, and away! In Drones and Rockets Camp, campers will learn about these two fascinating aerospace technologies. Campers will learn the basics of orbital flight using computer simulations, and then they will put this knowledge to work. Campers will explore rocket-building techniques by building small, launchable model rockets. We will test our designs with a flight day at the end of the week! Campers will also learn how to fly drones. We will learn basic flight techniques, and then we will test our skills with a series of obstacles courses. Time permitting, campers may get to try out some drone racing, too. At the end of the camp, each camper will bring home their own drone and a few model rockets!
