Girls Lacrosse & Afternoon Adventures
Former SSSAS Assistant Varsity and JV Lacrosse, Ms. Stacey Williams, brings her knowledge and enthusiasm for lacrosse to any interested girls in rising grades 1 – 5. The morning sessions will focus on fundamentals, footwork, small game play, lots of skill based movement games, and having FUN! Individual and team offense and defense concepts will be taught that will have players progress from 1-v-1s to full-field scrimmages by the end of the week, with an emphasis on improving their lax IQ!
Each afternoon will be filled with awesome games and activities to give the girls a break from lacrosse.
Players of all levels (including those playing for the first time) are welcome, and skill groups will be formed based on age and ability. Protective eyewear, mouth guard, water bottle, and stick are required. Goalkeepers need to bring their own equipment. Players may bring their own lunch or order lunch on the Summertimes website. Players will be provided with an afternoon snack each day. Additional snacks and drinks will be available for sale during lunch.
If you’re ready to learn lacrosse the Saints way, come and be coached by SSSAS alums playing in college and current SSSAS lacrosse players. You won’t want to miss camp this summer!
