Performance Strength and Conditioning Camp is an introduction into the world of strength, conditioning, and fitness training. This camp will focus on teaching proper exercise form in order to promote physical resilience and reduce potential injuries. Campers will improve their physical strength, mobility, endurance, and overall health. Ultimately, our goal is to foster a genuine love for and understanding of exercise to promote life-long, healthy habits.
This camp is directed by John Donnelly, a certified personal trainer (National Academy of Sports Medicine – CPT), a Dynamic Sport Performance Certified Coach (DSPCC), and a Dragon Door Hardstyle Kettlebell Certified Coach (HKC).
