Rocket and Space Science
Three…two…one…blast off! Rocket and Space Science Camp offers students an opportunity to explore model rocketry and learn about past and present achievements in the field of space science. This camp promotes learning through hands-on experimentation as campers build and then launch their own model rockets. Special topics include the history of rockets, engineering problems, and the physics of flight.
Help your child reach for the stars by enrolling them in this enriching and action-oriented summer program. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out why this camp is so popular… don’t miss the launch date to explore the final frontier!
Rocket and Space Science Camp is led by SSSAS Middle School science teacher Robert Davis. Please contact Mr. Davis at rdavis@sssas.org with any question about the camp.
