THIS IS YOUR SHOT! Learn how to effectively shoot the basketball from expert coaches. The ShootingLAB system is designed to help athletes of all ages optimize their shooting mechanics to get rapid results. Over the course of the week, our coaches help boys perfect their shot and become more confident through quality repetition and highly focused technical training.
