Our online registration is easy and convenient. After completing your registration and/or making any changes, you will receive an email confirmation showing all activity on your account.

Please read through all the information on this page before proceeding to our online registration.

Please note that all campers are required to have the most current immunization records on file before attending camp. See the 'Required Medical Forms' section below for more information on how to submit these records.

Returning Campers: If you have an account from a previous year, you may log in under the same account. If you have forgotten your password, please reset it or reach out to the Summer Programs Office to retrieve it.

  • Required Medical Forms

Current SSSAS families wishing to attend a camp will need to complete and upload any necessary contact and health information in the Summertimes registration portal. Unfortunately, health information cannot automatically be transferred from Magnus. However, you can easily download your forms from Magnus and then upload them to the Summertimes registration site.

For All Campers: We require that all campers have the most current immunization records on file. These records must be uploaded into your account in the online registration system at least two weeks prior to the camper’s first session. We will accept Part II of the Virginia Health Form or any other standard immunization records provided by your medical provider.

For Campers with Special Medical Needs: We require additional medical information and consent if your child has any allergies, asthma, or requires medication during camp. Please complete the following forms if necessary and upload them to you account in the online registration system:

  • Payments

Each program session requires a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 at the time of registration. When you register, this deposit reserves a spot in the camp you have selected. The balances for all programs are due by June 1, 2019. If you are enrolling after June 1, the payment is due in full. Unpaid balances may result in cancellation of enrollment in any and/or all camp sessions in which you are enrolled. If you would like to opt for a payment plan, please contact the Summer Programs Office to discuss options.

Please log in to your registration account at any time to pay your balance(s) in full. Payments can be made online with a VISA®, MasterCard®, or Discover® credit card, or you may pay by check. Checks should be made out to St. Stephen’s and St. Agnes School and mailed to:

    SSSAS Summer Programs Office
    1000 St. Stephen's Road
    Alexandria, Virginia 22304

The returned check fee is $75.
  • Refunds and Schedule Change Requests

If you decide to withdraw your child from a camp, refunds for camps fees (except the non-refundable deposit) can be made with written notice of withdrawal initiated by the parent/legal guardian delivered to the Summer Programs Office by mail or email two weeks prior to the first day of the camp/summer studies session. Refunds and make-up days are not given for absences.

Any request to change reservations from one camp/summer studies session to another is subject to space availability. These requests for changes in schedules or services must also be made in writing no later than two weeks prior to the start of the specific camp/summer studies session to receive full transfer or refund of the payment. Requests received less than two weeks prior to the start date of a camp/summer studies session may result in a loss of payment.

Summertimes reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment. In the event a program is canceled, families will be notified in advance and a full refund, including the deposit, will be provided.
