This camp is designed for young athletes (grades 5-9) to learn the principles and movements of a comprehensive strength and conditioning program. It is meant to enforce “form before load”; our focus will be teaching the athletes perfect technique before we add weight to the bars. Movements will include a dynamic warm up, core stability, plyometrics and weight training. The student will walk away with the skills necessary to be a successful high school athlete including weight room etiquette, coachability, proper movement patterns and the enjoyment of working hard towards a goal.
