At Day Camp, we are dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing environment where the campers can explore new opportunities, make new friends, and create memories to last a lifetime. Day Camp is hosted at the SSSAS Lower School’s 16 acre campus, which provides plenty of indoor and outdoor space for wonderful summer experiences.

Day Camp offers a wide range of enriching activities each day. Campers are grouped by age into “home bases” according to grade level and assigned to counselors who remain with the group throughout their activities. Campers participate in instructor-led activities, primarily outside, such as fort-building, craft projects, soccer, or gross science experiments. The counselors will not only supervise activities, but also act as role models, encouraging campers to act in a kind and responsible manner. We believe that each camper is important and unique, and we strive to build on their individual strengths and tackle new challenges each day.

Importantly, Day Camp will allow campers the much-needed opportunity to safely socialize and play, with as much time as possible outdoors.
