Learn MoreSummertimes offers more than 100 different sessions and hosts more than 2,000 campers from ages 3 to 18 across our three campuses each summer.
Lunch Program
Summertimes Lunches & Snacks
Summertimes has partnered with Fairfax Food Service to offer campers the option of ordering bagged lunches (regular or vegetarian) for any given camp week. Lunch for each camp week is $43.00 ($35.00 for holiday weeks). All ordered lunches will be delivered to your camper’s assigned campus on a daily basis and will be distributed by Summertimes staff members. Please note that if your child is attending a field-trip-based camp, you will need to pack a lunch for your camper.
To order lunch for your camper’s session, select the “Bagged Lunch” option during registration. Lunch orders must be received no later than 12:00 pm on the Wednesday before the camp session.
Please note that due to the unique eating habits of preschoolers, we do not offer our lunch program for Jr Day Camp.
Bring Your Own Lunch
Campers can also choose to bring their own bagged lunch. Please pack lunches that do not require refrigeration.
Water & Snacks
All campers are asked to bring a water bottle and snack, although some camps do offer snacks. Specific information about your child’s camp will be provided in your camp’s welcome letter, which will be emailed the week prior to your child’s camp session.
Nuts & Allergies
Please note that SSSAS is not a nut-free campus. Staff members will have access to all camper allergy information, and accommodations will be made for those campers with severe food allergies.
