Get FAST and Have Fun!
Do you want to be FAST? In this sports speed and agility camp, young athletes will have the opportunity to improve speed, coordination, and conditioning while having fun. Over the course of the week, our coaches will focus on speed mechanics, running form, plyometrics, core strength, stretching and more! These fundamentals allow athletes from any sport to increase their speed, power, and running efficiency–excellent for multi-sport athletes.
