Field Hockey Camp

Improve Your Field Hockey Skills!

Field Hockey Camp is open to girls of all skill levels in rising grades 3 – 7. Camp counselors include both Saints Varsity coaches and players. Each day will consist of stations, drills, and small games designed around the fundamental skills of field hockey. We will touch on all aspects of the game including technique, strategy, and fitness, all while having as much fun as possible! Each day will also include a trip to a local pool for a much deserved break from the sun. Every camper should have their own safety equipment, including mouth guard, shin guards, and goggles. It is preferred that each camper also has their own stick, but there is also the option to borrow a stick.
